Cowboy Bebop - Charachters(spoilers)

Spike Speigel Bounty hunter and former member of the Red dragon syndicate. One of Spike's eyes (I think it's the left) is a bionic replacement - the real eye was lost years ago, presumably in a firefight. As a result, as he himself puts it Spike 'sees the past in one eye and the present in the other'. Spike attempted to escape the red dragon syndicate with Julia. He succeeded, at least for a few years, but without Julia. Spike hides his troubled past with a laid back exterior. |

Jet Black Once a member of the ISSP, Jet left his old life when his wife left him, and he lost his arm after his partner betrayed him. As a detective, he was known as the 'Black Dog' because once he was on a case, he wouldn't let it go. Now a bounty hunter, Jet is a spiritual man, with a love for feng-shui and bonsai (growing little trees). Jet owns the Bebop, and also pilots the hammerhead ship. |

Faye Valentine Faye's past is very strange indeed. Decades ago, an accident on a space shuttle left Faye in a critical condition. It was decided she could not be saved with the current technology so she was placed into suspended animation until technology advanced enough for her to be healed. Sure enough 54 years later, she was woken up, but as a result, owed 100's of millions to the facility that kept her in storage. Faye became a bounty hunter for this reason, and often gambles her reward in the hope of getting enough money to pay off her debts. Faye is a crafty, and sometimes arrogant woman. She joins the Bebop members in the hope of stealing their bounties before they can get to them, claiming the reward for herself. |

Ed (Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV) Young Ed is an eccentric genius hacker. Originating from Earth, she was left to her own devices after hef father, who busily records the effects of meteors on the Earth's terrain, forgot to pick her up from the daycare centre. Ed leaves with Ein to find her father in episde 24. |
