Rio Kinezono Rio fills the 'busty blone' steereotype perfecly. She is loud, incompetent and quite stupid, but knows to stop arsing about when things get serious. Rio cares about two things, money and shopping, which seem to be her only motivation for joining team warrior. |

Maya Jingu Maya is a psychotic gun nut, who solves most missions by shooting everything in sight. Maya is the daughter of the leader of the Jingu Synicate, an Osaka based crime organisation. She became a police officer despite her father's objections. |

Lilika Ebett The computer whizz of team warrior, Lilika finds out information for the team and assissts them from her workstaton. |

Nanvel Candlestick Nanvel is the team's crazy inventor. She's always making some sort of gadget, which always seems to be pink. |

Yuji Naruo Yuji is a strange man. He carries a camcorder with him wherever he goes, hoping to catch some "good" footage of Rio & co. Somehow he always manages to sneak into their changing room, only to get caught. |

Cheif The ever suffering police cheif is always complaining, either about Rio's laziness and habit of leaving the office in the middle of the day, or his recurring ulcer. |

Other Chief The cheif of police is Maki's superior. Working in league with the prime minister, he arranged Misaru's (see 'Harry') murder, and gave the team Warrior project to Maki to prevent her following up his investigation and discovering the prime ministers criminal habits. |

Ramen folks The poor old couple who own the local Ramen bar where the only customers seem to be Rio and her friends. |

Harry An international crime lord, whose one ambition was to destroy Neo Tokyo, after it's government betrayed him. Formerly known as Misaru, he was a police officer and worked alongside Maki. During his time as a police officer, he deviced the concept of Team Warrior. In an investigation he found out that the Japaneese prime minister was involved in smuggling black diamonds. An assasination attempt was held on his and Maki's wedding day, and he dissapeared, turning to a life of crime. He obtained money and resources to create black diamonds, a rare resource that can be used as a super computer processor. Using these he created virtually invincible cyborgs, and set them loose on Neo Tokyo. |

Ruby Harry's right hand woman and lover. Highly devoted to him, she is often involved in organised crime events, working on his behalf. |
